We started Cienda Partners as a family office, by committing $10 million of our own funds, and our business, civic and non-profit relationships to start the business.

Since that beginning, over 40 high net worth families and institutional investors have invested with Cienda Partners in 45 investments acquiring 4 in excess of $400 million of unique real estate assets and over $1 billion in face value loan positions.

Using conservative leverage of less than 31%, those investments that have been fully liquidated, have generated a 26% Net IRR to Cienda’s investors, and the remaining 14 legacy or partially realized investments held over a year have already returned all of the funds invested.

Since June 30, 2021, Cienda has made over $90 million in new investments and closed over $55 million of new liquidity events.

Currently, Cienda manages equity positions valued at over $200 million on an asset base of over $360 million.
