Terese Everson

Vice President

Terese Everson serves Cienda Partners as Vice President and is responsible for originating, evaluating and closing transactions. She has 11 years of finance experience in investment banking, private equity and real estate.

Prior to joining Cienda Partners, Terese worked as an associate for the Health Care investment banking group of Deutsche Bank Securities where she built client relationships in the medical devices, health care services and biotech industries and worked on $850 million in equity, debt and M&A transactions. Previously, Terese was with Bear Stearns Securities in New York.

Prior to attending business school, Terese worked in a real estate investing capacity for Dallas-based IFM Services as Director of Acquisitions. She was previously an associate at Dallas-based Olympus Real Estate Corporation, a former affiliate of Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst. While at Olympus, Terese executed nearly $2 billion in transactions, including the $1.7 billion acquisition of Walden Residential, a multi-family REIT with 140 properties across the U.S.

Terese also worked at an early-stage incubator and seed fund called WhatWorks, working closely with technology companies to formulate business plans and raise additional capital. Terese began her career as an analyst at JP Morgan Chase in the Mergers & Acquisitions group where she worked on over $200 million in buy-side and sell-side mandates, primarily in the apparel, homebuilding, specialty chemicals and insurance industries.

Terese holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
