Joe Bentley

Chief Administrative Officer

Joe brings more than 27 years of financial and real estate management experience to Cienda Partners. As Chief Administrative Officer, Joe is responsible for all financial, legal, administrative and investor relations functions of the partnership.

Joe previously held several positions with the Trammell Crow family, including serving as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for the Infomart where he directed accounting, finance, tax, human resources, legal, and information systems. Joe helped guide the Crow company from inception to more than 2.8 million square feet in several states. Notable projects included a 100-acre office park and the redevelopment of the historic central post office in Los Angeles, California. During this period, he negotiated major contracts with Fortune 100 companies and several acquisitions and dispositions. Since 1999, Joe helped source and secure $400 million debt and $135 million equity. He also managed relations with both major institutional and private investors.

Prior to joining the Crow family company, Joe co-founded a technology start-up in San Antonio where he served two years as Chief Financial Officer. He also spent five years with the Birmingham and Houston offices of Ernst & Young. _

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts Degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Alabama.
